NCYC 2015 Review
"I thought NCYC was a great and valuable experience. The most rewarding part was the variety of powerful speakers. I could really connect with what they were saying and appreciated how they didn't condescend to the audience unlike many other speeches aimed at my age group. I also enjoyed being surrounded by such a large community of Catholic teens. I had a great time and would consider going again."
"What I liked about NCYC was the singing and dancing, it made me feel closer to God. The hotel was very big and I got to spend time with the group. I didn’t always know what was going on but there was a lot of information in our red books. I was really happy about the trip, I was really excited and would love to do it again. "
"NCYC was awesome and I want to go in 2015! I really enjoyed the music, sessions, food, and meeting people. I enjoyed being in the big arena with everyone every morning and at night. The speakers were awesome. They all were different in their own way and each had a different and fun lesson on God. I liked the mass with everyone because it feels really powerful when your with thousands of people that have the same religion. The variety of sessions was surprising, also the letters and tons of food were too."
"I thought the WHOLE trip was extremely well-organized and planned, from general info, to fundraising, to packing, to communications.... I felt safe sending my child from day one. He had a great time and we were very proud that he got to participate. I would recommend the trip to others."
"When Cheyenne initially came back she seemed to be different, maybe more grown-up. She did share a bit about sharing at the conference, enjoying all the singing and being with the group. We are glad that she went as it was a growth process for all of us. We truly believe God has a plan for her."
"I felt very comfortable with you, your dad, Tom and Cindy as the chaperones for NCYC. You went over many things and the list were great for packing and what to expect over the weekend. It was so organized, well prepared, and a wonderful fun Catholic experience for our kids. Grace loved it and looks forward to going again."
